WELCOME
Whether you seek relief from an acute condition, chronic pain, injury rehabilitation, or you simply wish to enhance your overall health, mobility and range of motion; we are looking forward to supporting your journey toward a new sense of lightness, vitality, inner harmony and freedom.
With a variety of Osteopathic tools in hand, we will take our time to discover the hidden anchors that prevent your inherent and unlimited capacity for revitalization, regeneration and healing.
Our sessions are designed with three distinct manual therapy pillars:

Releasing tension and bringing back mobility in the joints and the musculoskeletal system

Restoring vitality and nourishment to all the vital organs

Rebalancing the nervous system with the subtle and cultivated sense of touch.
Pau Castellsagué
Under the mentorship of Philippe Druelle in the Swiss International College of Osteopathy, Pau sees the body as a connected whole and works to gently restore its natural balance and flow.
With a deep respect for the body’s rhythms and an intuitive sense of touch, he combines clear structure with presence and sensitivity. His background in Thai massage and many years of hands on experience allow him to tune in and respond to what each person truly needs.
Pau blends ancient healing traditions with modern methods to support the body’s inherent ability to heal. His sessions are grounded, precise, and nourishing; offering a space where the body can unwind, reset, and find its way back to mobility and vitality.
Elise Ngoc
With over 14 years of experience in osteopathy, she is dedicated to helping her patients restore and maintain their health and well-being. She earned her degree from the Collège Ostéopathique de Provence in Marseille and has practiced extensively in France and the Sultanate of Oman, gaining a broad international perspective on holistic care.
Her practice is grounded in the Mechanical Link approach — a gentle, safe, and non-invasive method that views the body as an interconnected whole. By precisely assessing and treating areas of tissue restriction and loss of elasticity, she addresses the root causes of discomfort and dysfunction rather than just the symptoms.
Her priority is to provide thoughtful, thorough, and effective care, ensuring her patients feel supported and confident throughout their journey to optimal health.
Kierra Hautala
Kierra is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner passionate about whole-body health. Guided by the belief that the body is an intelligent, self-regulating system, she helps release blockages that disrupt its natural balance.
Through hands-on techniques, she treats the body as an interconnected unit of body, mind, and soul. Her own journey through chronic pain inspired her to complete a 3000-hour Massage Therapy program and a five-year osteopathic training with a thesis on post-concussion syndrome in Switzerland and Vancouver.
Now based in a small Rocky Mountain town, Kierra works with clients of all ages and backgrounds, taking a holistic, individualized approach to restore balance and vitality.
Located in Ubud’s peaceful Sanggingan area, surrounded by greenery, offering a calm stay just minutes from Ubud center, with free parking for cars and scooters.
