WELCOME
Whether you seek relief from an acute condition, chronic pain, injury rehabilitation, or you simply wish to enhance your overall health, mobility and range of motion; we are looking forward to supporting your journey toward a new sense of lightness, vitality, inner harmony and freedom.
With a variety of Osteopathic tools in hand, we will take our time to discover the hidden anchors that prevent your inherent and unlimited capacity for revitalization, regeneration and healing.
Our sessions are designed with three distinct manual therapy pillars:
Releasing tension and bringing back mobility in the joints and the musculoskeletal system
Restoring vitality and nourishment to all the vital organs
Rebalancing the nervous system with the subtle and cultivated sense of touch.
Pau Castellsagué
Under the mentorship of Philippe Druelle in the Swiss International College of Osteopathy, Pau sees the body as a connected whole and works to gently restore its natural balance and flow.
With a deep respect for the body’s rhythms and an intuitive sense of touch, he combines clear structure with presence and sensitivity. His background in Thai massage and many years of hands on experience allow him to tune in and respond to what each person truly needs.
Pau blends ancient healing traditions with modern methods to support the body’s inherent ability to heal. His sessions are grounded, precise, and nourishing; offering a space where the body can unwind, reset, and find its way back to mobility and vitality.
Sacha Bucchieri
I am a French-licensed osteopath with nine years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for helping others.
By combining structural, visceral, and cranial osteopathy with various myofascial techniques, I effectively address root causes, alleviate pain, and empower patients to achieve mobility and vitality.
My extensive experience includes treating adults in hospital settings and professional athletes across diverse disciplines. Additionally, I have developed a unique devotion to pediatric osteopathy, working closely with newborns and children to provide gentle, comprehensive care for various conditions.
Elise Ngoc
With over 14 years of experience in osteopathy, she is dedicated to helping her patients restore and maintain their health and well-being. She earned her degree from the Collège Ostéopathique de Provence in Marseille and has practiced extensively in France and the Sultanate of Oman, gaining a broad international perspective on holistic care.
Her practice is grounded in the Mechanical Link approach — a gentle, safe, and non-invasive method that views the body as an interconnected whole. By precisely assessing and treating areas of tissue restriction and loss of elasticity, she addresses the root causes of discomfort and dysfunction rather than just the symptoms.
Her priority is to provide thoughtful, thorough, and effective care, ensuring her patients feel supported and confident throughout their journey to optimal health.
Anton Tikhonenko
Anton Tikhonenko is an experienced osteopath with over 10 years in manual therapy and integrative movement. He has treated more than 5,000 patients across Europe and Asia, blending a scientific foundation with somatic insight.
Trained at the Russian School of Osteopathic Medicine, the Canadian College of Osteopathy (Montreal), and the European Institute of the Feldenkrais Method, he bridges classical osteopathy with subtle movement re-education. His background in Chinese martial arts and contact improvisation informs his intuitive, body-centered approach.
He works with adults, children, athletes, and pregnant women, focusing on posture, pain, development, and performance. His sessions emphasize calm presence, deep listening, and the body’s self-healing capacity.
Yann Bréhéret
There is a force within us capable of healing almost any condition. Osteopathy, to me, is about reconnecting with this innate intelligence—feeling it, guiding it, and restoring balance.
For nearly 15 years, I have refined my touch to perceive the subtle interplay between function and dysfunction in the body. True healing is an art—one I practice with precision, sincerity, and deep respect for each person’s journey.
I graduated from Institut Toulousain d’Ostéopathie in 2016 and trained in biodynamic osteopathy with Pascal Anselin and aquatic osteopathy with Ludovic Breuil.
My approach integrates structural, visceral, cranial, fascial, biodynamic, and aquatic osteopathy (available in a different location upon request). Each session is an invitation to restore harmony—gently and profoundly.
Located in Ubud’s peaceful Sanggingan area, surrounded by greenery, offering a calm stay just minutes from Ubud center, with free parking for cars and scooters.
